Consumer Business Outlook 2019

The vast majority of recognised economists have indicated that strong growth is likely to persist in the Irish economy throughout 2019. They support this point of view by pointing to continued increases in private consumption, increases in taxation receipts for the exchequer. and the continued declines in unemployment rates. GDP is predicted to grow by 4.5% in 2019 and unemployment is expected to drop to 5.1% over the same time period. However, the unknown is Brexit and how it will impact the Irish economy. So how is your business outlook for 2019 looking?

Join us on the 30th of January at the National Concert Hall where Simon Barry, Chief Economist of Ulster Bank, Danny McCoy, CEO of IBEC and Gerard O’Neill, Chairman of Amárach Research will join us to share their expert opinion on how they see 2019 panning out.
