These same findings,taken from one thousand women between 18 and 60 years of age, also suggests that two thirds of respondents had or expect to encounter multiple barriers at different points along their career journey.

This is a time when being able to use a mentor as a sounding board,or a sponsor for backing, or a role model for inspiration is invaluable.
